The African Development Bank commissioned CGA President Giulio de Tommaso to carry out a fragility assessment to look into causes of fragility and sources of resilience. This analysis entailed a thorough multi-sectoral review of the different dimensions of fragility and extensive consultation with counterparts in the government, civil society and the international donor community.
